Earn While You Learn Real Estate Investing
 


Imagine if you could make two or three thousand dollars per month, part time, and work with a professional real estate investor who purchases several houses each month.

We’re looking for ambitious self-starters who can manage themselves and follow some simple instructions. 

 

All we need you to do is drop off information with a list of homeowners in the local area, and set up appointments for us to meet with them to buy their property.  For each home that you visit, you will take a digital photo of the home and speak with the homeowner. If they are not available, you will drop a ‘leave-behind’ letter at the door.  If you are able to put us in touch with the homeowner by setting up a phone appointment or generating a call from a leave behind, we will pay you $10. This fee is merely a draw towards a much larger paycheck.

 

The big money comes when we buy and sell a property. Our goal is to quickly sell the house, usually within 30 days or less. At this point we pay our property researchers 10% of the gross profits.  This is usually between $1,000 and $4,500.  Just for fun we recalculate your hourly wage with this bonus and it’s often in the range of $25 to $100 per hour or more! A hundred dollars per hour.  Can you imagine that?


In addition to the money, another great thing about this job is the freedom. We don’t have set hours and you don’t have us breathing down your neck. Part time is ok.  All we ask is that you tell us each week the days and hours you will work, then go and work those hours and report your progress back to us. We know what kind of production to expect, so if you cheat, we’ll know it and you’ll be gone.  So be honest with us as we will be honest with you.

 

But if you give an honest hours work for an honest hours pay, you can’t help but earn some huge bonuses. 

 

So what do you need? You need a car, a digital camera, email and you need to be able to read a map.  Each day you need to email us a work report so we can take your data and add it to our database.  But that’s it.  You don’t have to know anything about real estate or selling or anything else.  Just get us an appointment to talk to the owner of the house.

 

We are experts at this business and we supply you with a set of CD’s for your self-study.  It’s a comprehensive training that should take no more than a few hours of dedicated study on your part.  Then, you’re ready to go.

 

So let me walk you through a typical day with us and then I’ll tell you your next step if you are interested.

 

Let's say you’ve decided to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday of a given week; from 9 am to noon.  After you inform us of your schedule, we fax or email you say 10 leads, each on a separate sheet. You plot them on a map and create your own “route”. You prepare your drop off materials to leave at the door in case they aren’t home.  Then you get in your car and go see the people.

 

The area will probably cover no more than an hour of distance from start to finish.  As time goes and your leads stack up, your area will actually get tighter, that is smaller. You’ll be seeing more people in a smaller geographical area. This will make you more efficient as time goes on.

 

Let’s say you find someone home. You introduce yourself; offer our help to their situation. You try to set an appointment for me to talk to them and get their telephone number.  If you get either the appointment or just the telephone number you’ve already earned your first bonus and you’re on your way to a possible huge bonus.

 

Later that day you email the info back to us and we take it from there.  You may need to stop back by in the future or we may handle it all ourselves.  If we buy and sell the house, you get a huge bonus.  Not bad eh?

 

Can’t work one week? No problem.  We don’t need any excuses like a normal job.  Just tell us when you can work, then work those times.


So what are the best times to work?  Day and night!  Since these folks are in foreclosure, many of them have lost their jobs and are home all day. Can't work days?  No problem, go out at night anytime until about 8:30 or 9:00pm. Only can work weekends?  No problem, weekends are great for this business.

 

It’s a great opportunity with very flexible hours. It’s fun and very challenging.  

 

So if it’s that great why do we pay so much with so much flexibility?  Because most folks just won’t do it.  Most people are scared to death of knocking on a stranger’s door.  Those that have knocked on doors before find this more difficult as you can’t just pick a neighborhood and knock each door.  You need to drive an average of 5 to 15 minutes from door to door.

 

And finally, these folks who you’ll be knocking on are in distress.  They are about to lose their homes.  This usually means something terrible has already been happening in their lives to get them into this situation.  Because of this they are more reluctant to talk to a stranger than most.  This is the challenge.  If you are good at gaining peoples trust quickly, a good listener, an easy conversationalist, then you can overcome this.  For this type of person, it truly is a great job with great pay and super flexibility and freedom.

 

If, on the other hand, you take rejection personally, you have trouble thinking on your feet, you can’t keep commitments, then this opportunity is definitely not for you.
